The Storehouse of Mercy

I wrote this up a few months ago to share with some friends from church, but it has just been sitting in my notepad since then and I thought maybe it could be an encouragement to others as well. So here it goes on the blog.

I am going to link to a song at the end that connects very well to this topic (and is where I got the title), so give it a listen at the end. It has ministered to me greatly.

Here are my thoughts:

Bees: Further Adventures on the Bus

Here we are again. The bus and I truly have a complicated relationship. I will now tell the tale of how I almost died. On the bus.

I have a great and somewhat unfounded fear of bees. Obviously apart from the general fear of the pain that accompanies being stung, which is completely rational, I also feel like I might be highly allergic without knowing it. He had to see to believe. If you want to be blessed, you need to learn from him and be different.” Continue reading

But because I can’t stand not writing any longer, I am going to put in the effort to recreate. Just for you guys. But mostly for my self esteem. Okay, here goes. Continue reading

My New Career Path

For the past few years my aunt and uncle have invited my younger siblings to go skiing with them. You don’t have to have any experience because they will teach you on the bunny hill if you’ve never done it before, and then you can gradually work your way up to bigger hills. That being said, I have always been under the impression that if I went skiing, I would, break my legs. Both of them. Potentially all of my other bones too. Continue reading
